Jeff Grossberg - Chief Executive Officer

As a founder of the company, Jeff has brought leadership and vision to SkySite through his extensive and varied background in Commercial and Residential Real Estate. From property management, acquisitions, brokerage, and real estate technology, Jeff has well rounded hands-on experience, culminating with his principal position in retail, office and multi-family real estate holdings. Jeff’s perspective as an Owner/Operator drives the course of success for SkySite’s mission: “Increasing value through fiscally sound green initiatives.” It is his firmly held belief that bottom-line results demonstrated by High-Performance property will achieve the greatest impact to the real estate community. With this overall philosophical position, Jeff has been an integral part of the foundation of the progressive SkySite team.

Mir M. Mustafa - Chief Strategy Officer, President

As a co-founder of the company, Mir devotes the majority of his time to the advancement of environmental and social justice issues. He accomplishes this by helping international and US based corporations and associations capitalize on sustainable opportunities through the creation of Corporate Environmental Strategies, Green Building initiatives, and green product development programs. He utilizes skills obtained while working for companies like Abbott Laboratories, Citigroup, and The Northern Trust. Mir’s strategic thinking and problem solving abilities have not only been instrumental in SkySite’s growth, they have also benefitted a variety of national and international clients. Mir is a graduate of The John Marshall Law School.

David Ash - Vice President, Sales

David has an extensive background in sales, operations, sourcing and project management. As owner and operator of the The Inside Track Compact Discs he took advantage of a new technology and created Chicago’s first compact disc store. From there he created Secondary Steel where he facilitated transactions between buyers and sellers of mill reject steel. By creating a market for these usable steel products he saved the mills and manufacturers money while helping save the environment. At SkySite, David has primarily been involved in developing strategic relationships with a wide ranging base of companies whose green products and services help make up the network of suppliers that provide SkySite with the ability to help its clients fulfill all of their sustainability needs. David Ash has a BS from Illinois State University.
